REBOUND RUMBLE was played by two competing alliances. Each alliance of three robots competed to score as many basketballs into their hoops as they could. The higher the hoop, the more points the alliance received. The match began with a 15-second period where robots operated independently of driver inputs. Points scored during this period were worth extra. For the remainder of the match, drivers took control and tried to score as many baskets as possible. The match ended with robots attempting to balance on bridges located at the middle of the field.
